Company culture typically develops over long periods of time. The rapid shift of moving from office to working-from-anywhere, forced by coronavirus outbreak, complicated this. In times of quick disruption, organizations cannot rely on the natural development of culture. How a company encourages team members how to treat one another will dictate the company’s culture. We will cover how cultural norms and codes are developed as well as the following: Dealing with cultural trauma and the change that it inflicts on the body of an organization; Building trust across cultures in a quarantined virtual world; Understanding one’s own complex and rapidly shifting CQ; What will be your companies cultural signature post pandemic?
