The changed practices, cultural dynamics, and technological innovation pushed forward by the pandemic response have forced us to rewrite the playbook on work, and gives leaders a unique chance to propel their ED+I efforts. The silver lining of post-pandemic gives us the advantage to be bold; break majority culture; and topple business-as-usual behaviors. We have proved that we can do better and that we can create lasting change.
