The agenda will feature a panel discussion on how to ensure effective, efficient, and equitable distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, especially to those communities disproportionately impacted by the pandemic, and how properly educate the public on the safety, efficacy, and necessity of vaccines.

How Do We Ensure Effective, Efficient, and Equitable Distribution of COVID-19 Vaccines
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound, direct impact on Massachusetts. Recent developments point to a promising vaccine on the horizon, with likely more to come, however distribution of these vaccines is a daunting challenge. Efforts are already underway by the Baker Administration to prepare for statewide distribution of a COVID-19 vaccine, with a keen eye on how to successfully and equitably allocate, administer, and track. This panel will highlight the amazing work being done by the life sciences industry in partnership with government to immunize residents in Massachusetts and beyond against COVID-19. Industry experts will discuss how we plan for the distribution of a COVID-19 vaccine, especially to those communities disproportionately impacted by the pandemic, as well as how we ensure that the public is properly educated on the safety, efficacy, and necessity of vaccines.
