Wendy joined Third Rock in 2018 to oversee recruitment efforts for the portfolio companies as well as serve as an advisor on talent strategies and culture building. She is also involved in our University Relations program to ensure Third Rock has access to top academic talent for the associate and principal program. Some of the portfolio companies that Wendy has recently worked with are Rheos Medicines, Relay Therapeutics and most recently launched portfolio company, Thrive. Wendy has over 20 years of recruiting experience in life sciences. She joined Third Rock from Foundation Medicine, where she led the talent acquisition team during a time of rapid growth. Prior to that, she built the Life Sciences practice at Aerotek in the Boston market. Wendy received her B.A. in Chemistry from Assumption College.
