Director of Talent Acquisition, Kaleido Biosciences
Ryan Goodwin has served as Kaleido Biosciences - Director of Talent Acquisition (TA) since November 2017. Ryan brings more than 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition activities including extensive work in the bio-pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Kaleido, Ryan has held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility, helping lead the TA activities during periods of significant growth, through the development and execution of innovative and strategic planning initiatives. Ryan has been responsible for implementing Talent and Engagement processes & initiatives, Workforce Planning, Executive Recruiting, Business Partnership Development, Behavioral Interview Training, Succession Planning, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Employer Branding. Ryan received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern Maine.
