Senior Bioprocess Engineer, MilliporeSigma
Akshat Gupta is a Senior Applications Engineer at MilliporeSigma in Applications Engineering, Global Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT) group. His areas of specialization include cell culture clarification and tangential flow filtration. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, and a MS and PhD in Chemical Engineering from UMass Lowell. Akshat is an inventor and co-inventor on multiple patents and has presented on various topics related to protein purification. He is also an adjunct faculty in the chemical engineering department at UMass Lowell. He is a member of American Chemical Society and member of MassBioEd’s Skills Advisory Group.
