Vice President of Human Resources, Kintai Therapeutics
In her role, Lisa works to develop the Human Resources function to support the growing organization, which focuses on attracting, engaging and developing Kintai employees. Her experience in human resources extends across multiple industries, including Healthcare, Technology and Life Sciences. Most recently, Lisa built the HR function at Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, growing the business from pre-approval to commercial stage. Before joining Keryx, she played a key role in building the commercial business unit for Ironwood’s first product launch. Lisa holds a BA in Sociology from Ithaca College.
