Col. Jayson C. Gilberti, U.S. Army, Retired
Jayson C. Gilberti is the Chief Executive Officer of MVPvets, a veteran non-profit with the mission to create an enduring platform dedicated to assisting and preparing transitioning military veterans into meaningful employment in life science companies. Previously, Jayson served for over 25 years as a U.S. Army Combat Engineer, Paratrooper and Ranger inspiring, training, developing, and commanding the most challenging engineer formations in the Army. A veteran with multiple overseas assignments and deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan, Jayson knows first-hand what it takes to transform ideas into action, to connect & collaborate, and lead change. He is passionate about continuing to serve those who serve. He’s a graduate of the UMass Amherst with a bachelor’s in business administration, holds a MA in Management from Webster University, and completed a U.S. Army War College Fellowship at MIT with the Security Studies Program.
