Global Talent Strategy Lead, Bristol-Myers Squibb
Gale Cohen supports the Global Product Development and Supply Organization. In her role, she is responsible for an integrated talent strategy that encompasses talent management, workforce planning, and recruitment. She is based at the Biologics Manufacturing Site in Devens, MA. During her tenure at BMS for the past 4 years, she has held the site HR Director role in Devens, as well as HR Business Partner support for the Manufacturing Sciences and Technology groups. Prior to joining BMS, Gale was an HRBP at AstraZeneca for over 10 years at their R&D site in Waltham, MA, accountable for recruiting, talent management, and workforce planning.
