Ann is a Senior Knowledge Expert in McKinsey’s Minneapolis Office. In her 10+ years at the Firm, she has served clients across the pharmaceutical industry, focused on medical topics including Chief Medical Officers, Medical Affairs, and real-world evidence. Ann leads McKinsey’s medical service line and related internal knowledge efforts in Medical Affairs, Real World Evidence and other related topics. She serves top pharmaceutical companies on medical topics, including redesigning medical customer engagement globally, aligning global-local medical strategy and organizing global Medical Affairs organizations. Ann co-leads multiple cross-industry forums on medical topics with participants from most of the top 25 pharma companies, including our Pharma CMO Roundtable and Medical Affairs Leader Forum. She co-developed talent building programs for high-potential leaders and Medical Affairs and Regulatory Affairs that build skills in business leadership, strategic vision and communication skills/emotional intelligence. Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, Ann earned her M.D. from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed her residency in pediatrics at New York Hospital / Weill Cornell Medicine.
