Lindsay M. Burke defends and asserts the rights of companies entangled in complex disputes. Her cases often involve non-competition agreements, trade secret litigation, questions regarding intellectual property ownership, business-to-business contract disputes, and business divorce. Lindsay has significant experience representing clients before the Business Litigation Session of the Massachusetts Superior Court, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and state and federal courts in New York. Lindsay is recognized as one of the “Top Women of Law” and an “Up and Coming Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyer’s Weekly and a Rising Star/SuperLawyer by Super Lawyers. She is a Trustee of the Women’s Bar Foundation and co-chair of the Women’s Bar Association’s Women in the Courtroom Committee. Before joining Kenney & Sams, Lindsay worked at WilmerHale in Boston and Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City. She received her undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and her J.D. from New York University School of Law.
