Vice President of Digital Business Development & Licensing, Sanofi
Rachel Sha is the Vice President of Digital Business Development & Licensing at Sanofi. She leads partnering efforts across therapeutic areas and use cases in digital health with the goal of discovering, developing, and bringing to market solutions that improve outcomes, experience, at reduced costs. Partners include Ping An, Verily Life Sciences, Sema4, Evidation Health, TriNetX, Happify, Aetion amongst many others. Additionally, she serves on the Life Sciences Council of Springboard Enterprises and is an executive sponsor of Mass Next Gen, both of which focus on developing women entrepreneurs. She joined Genzyme in 2005 and has held roles of increasing responsibility in Business Development, Corporate Development, and Global Marketing & Strategy. Prior to Genzyme, Rachel was a manager at Accenture where she focused on a broad range of business issues from strategy to process to technology implementation across a diverse set of industries with focus in electronics & high tech in particular. Rachel holds a BS from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Chemistry and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
