Rose’s experience spans more than twenty-five years, beginning her first tenure with Senn Delaney in 1995. Most recently, she worked with a strategy execution firm as the practice lead for their organizational development services. There, she led leadership development and organizational design initiatives in a variety of industries, drawing on deep expertise in culture and facilitation to help leaders strengthen alignment and accelerate strategy execution. Returning to SennDelaney as part of Heidrick Consulting, she brings her expertise to aligning strategy, structure and culture to drive high performance. Given the importance of the shadow of the leader in shaping cultures, her background in counseling and organizational psychology is foundational to developing strong leadership shadows. She is fluent in Spanish and brings a bi-cultural lens to her work.
