Rainer Gawlick has held executive sales and marketing positions at a broad range of technology companies including AspenTech, Lightship Telecom, SolidWorks, Sophos, and Intralinks. Most recently he was President of Perfecto Mobile. He is on the board of several technology companies including Proto Labs (NYSE: PRLB), Progress (NASDAQ: PRGS), Chyronhego, Meltwater, and Cloudsense. Rainer is active in the area of workforce development as the chair of the Massachusetts Apprenti Board (Apprenti provides tech apprenticeships for Massachusetts employers) and as a member of the MassHire State Workforce Board. Rainer started his career at McKinsey & Company after earning a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. He was born in Germany.
