A Pitch Event for Life Science and Healthcare Non-profits in Massachusetts Designed to Stimulate Innovation, Visibility and Connections

  • Meet members of the local life sciences and healthcare non-profit ecosystem
  • Learn how non-profit organizations are fueling our biotech and healthcare cluster’s growth
  • Hear pitches from five non-profit innovators on how their mission is impacting the future
  • Discover how your organization can benefit from non-profit partners

Be sure to join us for this unique event as five finalists pitch their nonprofit organization to our expert panel of judges.

Not sure if this event is for you? Hear what our previous winner Dr. Laura Kleiman of Reboot Rx (formerly Cures Within Reach for Cancer) has to say on how the 2018 Nonprofit Pitch Challenged helped her move forward the organization’s mission to find cures for cancer through drug repurposing.

Still wondering how this event will be of benefit to your organization? The first prize winner will receive a one-year MassBio nonprofit membership and a $2,500 cash award courtesy of Life Science Cares. First and second runners-up will receive gift cards of $250 and $150 respectively. All the finalists will also be offered free professional coaching on how to structure and deliver their pitch prior to the event.

Who should attend? This event will be engaging for everyone, from those interested in supporting and growing our local life sciences and healthcare nonprofits, to those who would like to launch a nonprofit of their own!
