- Marc Cote is an entrepreneur, a business/executive coach and area representative with FocalPoint Business Coaching. Marc is also a former corporate executive and leverages his coaching program materials and his 30 years of business experience to help entrepreneur, business leaders and executives raise money, improve their effectiveness, develop their people and enhance the performance of their teams and companies. Marc is the son of a second-generation business owner with a deep-seated passion for business and helping others succeed. He was also a co-founder and the COO of Accellient Partners LLC, a drug development consulting firm, Synchroneuron Inc, a venture-backed biotech where he helped raise over $25M and Ternus Pharma, Inc, a seed-stage start-up pharma company. Marc continues to focus much of his coaching practice supporting those in the life sciences arena. Marc was also previously the COO of Aptuit Consulting, a global biotech practice where he was responsible for managing all operating, financial & business development activities. Prior to Aptuit, Marc was with Dunkin’ Brands and had vice president roles across multiple functions. Marc started his career in the Entrepreneurial Services Group at EY, he received a BS in Accountancy from Bentley College, summa cum laude, and earned his CPA certificate in MA where he was a licensed CPA for 17 years Marc is a member of Boston Harbor Angels and Sky Ventures where he is an active investor and also maintains a Board role on select portfolio companies. Marc is also a Co-Chair of Mass Bio's Entrepreneur University and the Boston Chapter of The Financial Executives Networking Group.

- John Hession is a Partner at Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Venture Capital and Life Sciences practice groups. Previously, John was a co-founder of Cooley LLP's Boston office, and served as the Managing Partner of the Cooley Boston office for its first several years of operation, helping to steer and grow the Boston office from ten to seventy-plus professionals and staff. For the last thirty-five years, John has represented emerging-growth companies, as both a legal and business advisor, principally in the life sciences, medical device, hardware, software and software services sectors, as well as angels and venture capital funds in the investment process. John is also angel investor in emerging companies. John’s practice includes both start-up, emerging growth and later-stage company work, where he serves as outside general counsel. John has structured and negotiated more than 400 debt and equity financings, ranging in scale from $500,000 to $250 million, and more than 350 acquisitions ranging in size from $1.0 million to $4.2 billion. During his thirty-five year career, John has represented more than 400 companies from the earliest stages of development, from cradle to culmination, from inception to liquidity (including public offering and acquisitions). John has won a number of industry awards during his career, including Best Lawyers in America, IP Stars (Managing Intellectual Property), Lawdragon 500 Leading Deal Makers, a Massachusetts Super Lawyer, and Best Lawyers in New England.

Delivering actionable recommendations to management, boards of directors, and investors, Molly has been a strategic partner to biopharma, diagnostics, and medical device companies of all sizes for over 15 years. Her experience spans corporate and commercial strategy, new product planning, market research, business and corporate development, across major therapeutic areas in US and European markets. Before joining Promidian, Molly spent a decade as Senior Vice President at Fletcher Spaght, Inc., providing strategy consulting to healthcare companies. Molly spent another decade in senior Marketing and Business Development roles at Blue Heron Biotechnology, XCyte Therapies, ZymoGenetics (now part of Bristol-Myers Squibb) and NeoPath (now part of BD Diagnostics). Molly holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a bachelor of arts with honors in biology and a minor in environmental studies from Dartmouth College.

She is a Kallman Executive Fellow at the Hoffman Center for Business Ethics at Bentley University and a Senior Fellow Social Innovation at the Lewis Institute at Babson College.
