Biopharma companies are creating various employee resource groups (ERGs) as a tool to improve inclusivity, employee retention, and recruitment. Yet, ERGs are walled off inside each company and measuring their impact can be tricky. The purpose of this event is to bring us together - leaders, participants, and executive sponsors of ERGs to share best practices, discuss successes, and create new networks. We believe this will strengthen individual ERGs and help improve D&I across the industry. This event can also assist MassBio members that are looking to start affinity groups or looking for solutions to maximize culture and performance.
